Terms of Use

Last updated September 24, 2026

These terms apply to your use of The Sound Wall website, operated by The Sound Wall Music Initiative (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

01Site information may change

We work to keep event dates, times, lineups, prices and program details accurate, but they can change or contain errors. Shows may be rescheduled, changed or cancelled. Please confirm details with the ticketing page or by contacting us before making plans.

02Tickets and purchases

We don’t sell anything directly on this site. Tickets, memberships, reservations and stays are purchased through third-party providers such as TicketSpice and Airbnb. Those purchases — including payment, refunds, transfers and cancellations — are governed by the provider’s terms and any policies stated at the time of purchase.

03Our content

The Sound Wall name and logo, the site’s design, text, and the photographs and videos on it are owned by us, our partners, or the photographers and artists credited, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You’re welcome to share links to the site. Please don’t copy, modify or reuse our content, logos or photos for other purposes without written permission.

04Links to other sites

The site links to websites we don’t control, including ticketing providers, partner organizations, artists and social media. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link isn’t an endorsement.

05No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

06Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

08Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions? Email info@theswmi.org.
